Material Notes: Life science grade PEEK stock shapes made from unfilled PEEK resin. Pre-assessed for biocompatibility on both resin and shape for up to 24 hours contact with body tissue according to USP VI and ISO 10993. Some color variations are pre-assessed for wetted contact in bioprocessing. Exhibits high mechanical strength and stiffness, and excellent resistance to chemicals and repeated sterilization via all current methods.
